Welcome to Dabo's NW Residential and Commercial Care. By requesting or using our property maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and Dabo's NW LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
SERVICES PROVIDED
Dabo's NW provides residential and commercial property care services throughout King County and the Greater Seattle area, including:
Service scope, pricing, and timeline will be provided in a quote prior to work commencement. Additional services may be available upon request.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments: Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will provide an estimated arrival window and make reasonable efforts to arrive within that timeframe.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Weather: For outdoor services, we reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather conditions that may affect service quality or crew safety. We will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.
Holiday Lighting: Seasonal lighting installation and removal dates are scheduled based on demand. Early booking is recommended to secure preferred installation dates.
PAYMENT TERMS
Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change for quotes older than 30 days or if the scope of work changes upon arrival.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Deposits: Larger projects or holiday lighting installations may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit amounts and terms will be specified in your quote.
Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection actions.
SERVICE GUARANTEES
We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Guarantees do not cover issues caused by weather events, third-party actions, or pre-existing conditions that were not part of the original service scope.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Dabo's NW is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
Property Damage: If our crew causes damage to your property during service, we will repair or compensate for the damage. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.
Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage to surfaces, fixtures, or materials that are already deteriorated, improperly installed, or in poor condition prior to our arrival. We will notify you of any pre-existing issues we observe.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
PROPERTY ACCESS
Access Requirements: Please ensure we have clear access to the areas requiring service. This includes unlocking gates, removing vehicles from driveways if needed, and securing pets.
Home Entry: For interior window cleaning or other indoor services, you or an authorized representative must be present to provide access, or you must provide clear access instructions in advance.
Hazards: Please inform us of any known hazards, aggressive animals, irrigation systems, or other conditions that may affect safe service delivery.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
